Today on our field trip we learned how to be a consumer and a producer! We also earned an income and got to spend our money on needs and wants! What a wonderful field trip! Thank you to all the parent volunteers for helping out today! We couldn't have done this without you!

During the second part of the field trip the students were divided into "families" and we're given $3,600 for their family expenses. Of course, $200 were given to taxes and all families were asked to budget their money. Each family had to make choices on what they wanted to spend and save their money on. Fun!!
